At Pixel And Packs, we strive to provide the best experience for our community. While we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, the collectible nature of our products requires specific guidelines to ensure the authenticity and integrity of our inventory.
General Returns & Exchanges
For most standard items (such as accessories or non-TCG merchandise), we offer a 30-day return and exchange window.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all transactions.

TCG & Collectible Policy (Strict No-Return Policy)
Due to market volatility and the need to guarantee that products have not been tampered with, searched, or swapped, all Trading Card Game (TCG) products are FINAL SALE.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Individual Cards (Raw)

Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.)

Sealed Products (Booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, packs, etc.)

Any TCG-related collectibles
Note: Once these items leave our store or the shipping seal is broken, they are no longer eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (excluding manufacturer defects inside sealed TCG products, which are handled by the manufacturer), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
