Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At Pixel And Packs, we are committed to getting your cards and collectibles to you as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and communication protocols below.


1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Standard In-Stock Items: All standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Pre-Order Items: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are subject to their specific manufacturer release dates. Once the product is officially released and received at our Bensenville location, please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment and dispatch.

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until the final pre-order item is available. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

2. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

3. Customer Communication Consent

By providing your contact information during the checkout process, you explicitly authorize Pixel And Packs to contact you via Text (SMS), Telephone Call, or Email for the following purposes:

  • Order confirmation and status updates.

  • Clarification regarding shipping addresses or delivery issues.

  • Updates regarding pre-order release dates or potential manufacturer delays.

  • Resolution of payment or fulfillment discrepancies.

Note: Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. You may opt-out of non-transactional marketing communications at any time, but we will maintain the right to contact you regarding the status of an active "Packs" shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Liability

  • TCG Integrity: For high-value Raw or Graded cards, we utilize reinforced packaging (top loaders, team bags, and cardboard bracing) to prevent transit damage.

  • Delivery Issues: Pixel And Packs is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at 1-630-542-3839 within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim.
